Landscape Contruction Foreman/Supervisor
Expectations:
Provide expertise by assisting in the development and implementation of customer service.
Provide ongoing support to all personnel under their supervision, assisting them in completing their task when necessary.
Being responsible for maintaining controls and procedures pertinent to the job at hand for each employee and job description while ensuring a safe work environment.
Requirements:
- 4 or more years experience in Landscape Contruction
- Knowledge of industry standards for landscape contruction including, but not limited to, retaining walls, paver patios, outdoor landscape lighting
- Experience with different irrigation systems is a big plus
- Being able to operate different large pieces of equipment such as front end loaders, mini excavators, etc.
- Communication skills are a must. You will be communicating with multiple different crews throughout the day
- Basic computer skills, mainly focusing on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Being able to keep accurate records, inventory levels, and materials used.
- Ability to train employees to company standards
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting of up to 75lbs
- The work is done outdoors, hot, cold, wet, etc.
- Winter care experience i.e. plowing/salting etc. is a plus.
Required education:
- High school or equivalent.
Required license or certification:
- Operator’s license with ability to get Chauffeurs Driver’s License within first 45 days.
Compensation:
- $20+ / hour or salaried pay options are available based on experience

- At least one (1) year of commercial lawn care experience
- Knowledge of the lawn care equipment that we use on a daily basis
- A desire to learn and ability to be “coached” when needed
- Personal management skills
- Communication skills are a must. You will be communicating with multiple different crews throughout the day
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting of up to 50lbs
- The work is done outdoors, hot, cold, wet, etc.
- Winter care experience i.e. plowing/salting etc. is a plus.
Required education:

Fertilizing Technician
Elite Landscape Maintenance our dba, is looking to add another certified fertilizing technician. You must possess a valid driver’s license, with the ability to get a chauffeur’s license. If you do not have these, we will work with you to attain them. You must be certified in 3A. We will help with getting certified. We are looking for at least 1 year of experience.
Fertilizing Technician Expectations:
It is the fertilizing technician’s job to meet or exceed the established company guidelines for quality.
They will be responsible for the job at hand and job description.
This person must provide assistance with customer service by providing quality work and obeying company policies.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Work with customer to determine needed products-grub control, weed control, fertilizing, etc.
-detect issues with property and suggest remedies.
-Maintaining equipment
-Fertilizing customer’s properties
-Maintain accurate records and paperwork
-Ability to work outside for prolonged periods of time in various types of weather i.e. heat, rain, etc.
-Clover leaf sales/direct, face to face customer sales will be required. Up selling products.
Physical Requirements:
-lifting up to 60 lbs.
-working outside standing, lifting, twisting.
-ability to tolerate heat for extended periods of time while working
Hours: M-F, some weekends, as work requires.
Benefit options include IRA, health, dental, and optical insurance options available after 90 days.
Pay: $15-$18/hr. depending on experience and certifications.
Weekly pay.
